I've been working with Allison over the last 6 years while Las Vegas has been recovering from the recession. She helped me buy a couple of investment properties and helped me lease them. She's a great communicator and negotiator. I have been very happy with her services and have no desire to work with another real estate agent. She's knows her market and helped me find the good deals. She's also helped me understand how HOAs work and what to do when my tenants don't follow the rules.

We are so lucky to have found Allison she worked with us over two years while we decided where to settle in Henderson. She was so helpful even when she knew we were not looking at moving for two years. She was so good about letting me keep her in the loop about the status of the sale of our home in NY. We had a minimum time constraint of 6 days in April when we flew from NY to NV to find a house. I had given Allison very specific specs that we wanted in a house. She made sure to give us 4 days while we were here to look at houses. We flew in late Tuesday night and we saw 13 houses between Wednesday and Thursday and by Thursday night we put in an offer and by Saturday they accepted. We also had great help from DJ one of the lenders Allison recommended. I am sure a big help was the Dear Seller letter Allison suggested write and include a family photo. I am so thrilled she was able to help us find our new home and is perfect for our family. My husband flew out 5 weeks before we did and the night we finally flew in Allison had stopped by earlier and brought my kids a cake and balloons that said welcome home she even asked what they are interested in for items to top the cake with! I even had a beautiful orchid waiting for me on top of the closing gift she game to my husband and I. If your looking for an amazing relator who is understanding and knows the ins and outs of the business then give Allison a call we would do it all over again with her.

Allison was great! So helpful and always willing to take a call or answer a question, no matter how silly it seemed. She also was great at following up with the seller agent about our demands, and didn't take no for an answer! She is very professional, while at the same time being warm and friendly. Allison helped me find a condo to rent when I first relocated to Las Vegas. When I was ready to purchase a home a few months later, I wanted a unit in the complex where I was renting. Because condos on the top floor there tend to be snapped up quickly, Allison contacted an owner of a condo that had not been listed and with whom she'd worked before. Long story short, I'm now the owner of that very same condo! Allison helped me through every step of the purchasing process; and still continued to answer questions and make calls in my behalf after we closed on the property. (Thank you, Allison, for going above and beyond!) Allison has been a delight to work with. I will most definitely use her again, if and when I need a real estate agent.
