My family and I are extremely happy with Eric and his level of care and customer service! He helped our family that consists of 5 people and he went above and beyond by making sure everyone was very knowledgeable with both the house selling process and the home buying process. He had our house under contract in 3 days and we were fortunate enough to put a nice downpayment on our new house due to his skill and care to get us the most equity possible from our old house. His communication skills are exceptional and he always answered the phone when we called. We were referred to Eric, now he has become like family and we recommend him to anyone that needs any real estate need. We are very thankful for his knowledge, honesty, expertise, and work ethic.
